| We’re recognized by the Victorian Qualifications Authority. We have completed a 4-week intensive hands-on classroom and scientific training. As a result we know how to project-manage and which chemicals to use for what surfaces so we don’t damage any of your property. For example, different chemicals must be used for laminated bench tops, marble bench tops, stainless steel bench tops, solid timber floors, timber like floors, non-porous tiles, vinyls, carpets etc. Some ‘residue build up’ should not be cleaned with harsh chemicals – we know the difference. The point is, we DON’T guess or experiment on your business. We’re trained, certified and experienced in safe, professional cleaning methods. |

| We’re accredited by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). It simply means that we are thoroughly trained in fibre identification in carpet cleaning. There are different types of carpet fibres like: wool, olefin, cotton, polyester, acrylic or nylon. Each requires slightly different treatment/method. Using ‘one-size-fit-all’ cleaning methods for all your carpet needs is like using a hammer to fit you contact lenses. |

| We’re trained in handling after hour emergencies during our service to premises, e.g. blockage of drains, water leaking and flash flooding. We follow our Emergency Procedure to minimise damage to the office when these incidences happen, we isolate electrical equipment around damaged areas and report to our client immediately. We don’t panic or worse ’run away’ but are trained to handle such awkward, unpredictable emergencies. |
